Glenridge
Estates was developed and built as an infill project in a mature
neighborhood of northeast Escondido. The homes reflect ranch house style
floor plans, with contemporary Mediterranean elevations and detailing. These
large family homes on generous sized lots, have spacious rooms throughout,
many quality features, and finely finished appointments.
The project was very well received in the City of Escondido and the
surrounding neighborhood. The entire project sold out in six months, far
exceeding projected sales rate expectations. The majority of the residences
were sold to local area homebuyers as move up dream homes.
